When booked, pool heat is set to 84 degrees. However, poor temperatures are impacted if weather drops below 60 degrees, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. IMPORTANT NOTES ~Rental Agreement~ Guests will promptly receive the Rental Agreement upon booking submission. To receive property access code, guests must e-sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID within 2 days of booking. Guests can cancel booking within 48 hours for a full refund if the agreement doesn't work for them. ~Vacationing with Pets~ * We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!) * Pet approval required--Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications and Pet Rules apply. * Pet Fee: $175 per stay for up to 2 dogs (An additional $100 pet fee for the third dog, subject to approval.) * Be sure to add the number of pets in your booking request (Under Guests>Scroll down to Pets) so the Pet Fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay is properly included in your booking amount. * We provide a 24”x36” kennel, 2 dog bowls and poop bags. **************** LOCAL RESTAURANTS & ATTRACTIONS When you stay at Sassy Seahorse, you’re just minutes away from some of the best dining and beach experiences in Bradenton. ~Refunds~ We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. If a booking is canceled within 2 days of the scheduled check-in, a $150 cleaning cancellation fee, charged by our cleaning company, will be passed on to the guest. Additionally, violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, security cameras monitor the front and back entrances and must remain active at all times. To respect our neighbors, a noise monitoring device is installed indoors and outdoors to measure sound levels only—it does not record audio.
