~Refunds~ We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. This Florida home features lush outdoor spaces. To help keep bugs and critters out, please keep doors and windows closed at all times. While we have regular professional pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small pests—especially outdoors—are possible and not uncommon in a natural setting. Pine needles in the backyard may fall between our weekly landscaping visits and are unfortunately unavoidable. Refunds will not be issued for pest encounters or outdoor debris. Additional cleaning may required for stays over 10 days. Please reach out to inquire about longer stays. Additionally, violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, security cameras monitor the front and back entrances and must remain active at all times. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described if not better. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it feel warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, and we truly felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our visit. Jeana was an outstanding host friendly, responsive, and attentive without being intrusive. Communication was quick and easy, and she went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. My husband and I, our adult kids and daughter-in-law, and our two grandsons (8 & 10) stayed here for 4 nights while in town for my Dad’s celebration of life. We couldn’t have asked for a better place! The updates were tasteful, yet homey and comfortable. Everything was clean and orderly. Cabinets were labeled so it was easy to find things. And Jeana provided lots of information beforehand. The boys loved the movie/game room when they weren’t in the pool, or playing pickleball or putting. We adults enjoyed those, too, but also the convenience of the outdoor bar refrigerator and Bluetooth speakers. Tons of seating made conversation inside and outside easy. The beds were very comfortable- foam mattresses, I believe. No pressure points made for restful sleep. And the showers were great - tall enough for even our 6’5” son! Jeana was a great host - friendly and very responsive. We all had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend staying here.

It was more than we expected. The house was amazing, with everything and more than we needed. Pictures where really describing what we saw when we got there. Bradenton is near a lot of beaches and hace easy access to get there. I will surely come back and I recoment it to everyone who looks for a family vacation y Florida.

Our stay here was perfect. There was 10 of us in the home and we all kept ourselves busy doing something. The theater alone was nice for those that stayed up late without anyone else being disturbed by the noise while sleeping. The owners did such a nice job and were very accommodating with everything. Last, we were so close to Anna Maria Island without the hassle of traffic. Five stars hands down!!

We had an amazing experience staying here! Due to some major travel delays with our flight, we missed our cruise, and had to quickly find another vacation spot for our kids during spring break. Jeana was incredibly helpful and managed to get our reservation confirmed on very short notice, which was a lifesaver. The house was perfect for our family, and we really enjoyed everything it had to offer. It turned out to be a fantastic getaway, and we're so grateful for Jeana's help in making it all come together. Highly recommend!

This house was so enjoyable! We had such a great time enjoying all of the amenities! The host was great, right from the the start of booking. Plenty of things to do with all ages outside and inside. When it rained one evening, we watched movies in their theater room... that was amazing and so comfy. Played ping-pong, pool, arcade games, and ate good food. Are kids really got off their phones and just had fun! The fireside table with couches was awesome one of the nights! Close to beaches with beach chairs and towels for us all. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Bradenton location as a central spot to many places we were visiting. The amenities are perfect, and the house feels like a home with thoughtful details and lots of fun options, both indoors and out!
