The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Availability is confirmed the day prior. ~Refunds~ We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. This Florida home features lush outdoor spaces. To help keep bugs and critters out, please keep doors and windows closed at all times. While we have regular professional pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small pests—especially outdoors—are possible and not uncommon in a natural setting. Pine needles in the backyard may fall between our weekly landscaping visits and are unfortunately unavoidable. Refunds will not be issued for pest encounters or outdoor debris. Additional cleaning may required for stays over 10 days. Please reach out to inquire about longer stays. Violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, security cameras monitor the front and back entrances and must remain active at all times.
