To receive property access code, guests must e-sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID. Guests can cancel booking within 24 hours for a full refund if the agreement doesn't work for them. Note: The booking platform doesn’t share your ID with us, so we kindly request it to meet HOA / insurance requirements, confirm the booker is the one checking in, and verify age, if needed. ~Security Deposit Hold~ A $500 security deposit hold will be charged off-platform 7 days before check-in. The hold will be released within 48 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or need for excess cleaning. ~Vacationing with Pets~ * We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older.
